2 Part Workshop with Osito’s Chef Seth Stowaway

This unique two-part experience brings together the craftsmanship of MMclay and the culinary mastery of chef Seth Stowaway at Osito, a Michelin-starred live-fire dining restaurant in San Francisco’s Mission District. Known for its innovative cooking techniques that elevate the flavors of live fire, Osito offers an unforgettable dining experience.

MMclay is proud to provide custom ceramic tableware used at Osito, creating a connection between the food and the presentation. This special workshop invites you to do the same.

Part 1 (June 8th): Create a plate or bowl at MMclay studio, guided by MaryMar. We’ll fire your pieces for you so they will be available two weeks later.

Part 2 (June 29th): Head to Osito, where Chef Seth Stowaway takes over with a cooking demo, a plating session, tasting, and a record-spinning party in his incredible space. Expect flames, flavor, and a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
