Provecho by Edgar Castrejon


Edgar Castrejon is a chef and photographer (many of his photos can be seen right here on our website). His love for cooking was inspired by the creative women in his family, along with the colors and textures of his Latin culture. After his studies in Nutrition, he turned his focus on plant-based recipes, that are now available in his cookbook Provecho, 100 Vegan Mexican Recipes to Celebrate Culture and Community.
